One email is all it takes

FitPic draws the workouts stored in your Apple Health app onto your photos and videos as maps, charts, and figures. Here are the questions that come up most often.

My workout list is empty

The map background is blank or grey

Map backgrounds are downloaded over the internet. With no connection, or a very slow one, the route line may be drawn without a map underneath. Check your connection and reopen the screen.

Saving to my photo library fails

FitPic collects exports in a FitPic album. Creating and reusing that album requires full photo library access. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → FitPic and choose “All Photos”.

Video export takes a long time

Videos with an animated route are composed frame by frame, so longer clips take longer. Leaving the app in the foreground while it exports is the fastest path.

I want to erase my data

Deleting the app removes the workout data it cached on your device completely. The original records in the Health app and any exports in your photo library stay where they are, and can be deleted from those apps directly. See the privacy policy for details.
